31st of October every year, we celebrate the World Savings Day (WSD). Initiated the first time in 1925 in Milan, Italia; and primarily associated with the Sparkassen Finance Group, the WSD nowadays is becoming more popular even in Asia and Southeast Asia.

Training is one important topic in DSIK's activities. Trainings about finance-topics are implemented via Business Games (BG) model. Alongside with direct training to beneficiaries, DSIK also implement Training of Trainers (ToT).

Together with Kempten University of Applied Sciences, DSIK is making effort to bringing two developed Green-Fiance tools to project worldwide, including Asia countries. The tools identify risks and find direction for Financial Institutions to "go green", they are:

Stock Market Learning is a stock exchange online simulation, reflecting real stock market but offering virtual capital. This allow participants to apply knowledge to reality in a risk-free learning environment.

Dual Vocational Training combines both theoretical professional knowledge and practical work, allowing trainees secured and specialized career opportunities. It is a successful model in Gemany as well as within Sparkasse Finance Group. DSIK is integrating this training model in its projects.
